Once a mortal girl, Brea Cairgead discovers her magical heritage and escapes the human world to dwell in the Realm of Faerie. But fate has more in store for Brea than a simple existence as one of the fey folk, and when she runs afoul of the Dark Queen, she must embark on an adventure that will change her future… forever.
Bubby: Well, it’s just me with a short little post today. Sissy has been laid low by illness and thus, I must blog alone. But all is well because I have the chance to show off this newest piece of magical deliciousness from Anthea Sharp, Brea’s Tale. I remember being intrigued by the character of Brea when I read Royal – Feyguard #2, and it’s so satisfying to get her back story here. And the cover – do you see that cover? So beautiful!
Brea’s Tale is a novella, coming in at around 65 pages. I really wanted more, but that’s the norm when dealing with the writings of Anthea Sharp. I can never get enough! The best part is that it’s only 99 cents right now, so it’s a perfect treat for yourself while you’re taking a break from the holiday insanity!
